| Answer: | Our automated billing system will automatically suspend any account that falls into arrears with their billing. Our terms & conditions state accounts are payable in advance of services. We give all customers a gracious seven day period over the due payment date. If your payment subscription is up to date and you feel this is an error, contact our support department with details of your last payment. |
